Hepsia's File Manager section enables you to manage the content of your site with simple point 'n' click actions. Right-click context menus allow quick access to different file manipulation options, while convenient drag-and-drop functionality will permit you to upload new files from your personal computer in an instant. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to compress and extract files easily as well.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your PC. The integrated drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to easily move files between your desktop computer and the hosting server. Just select the file that you want to upload from your computer and then drag it over to your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop PC. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your desktop computer by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager user interface, you can create a new file or folder with just one click. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can edit your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, explore the contents of a file or modify its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to zip and uncompress all types of files. It does work amazingly fast - simply select the files you want to make a compressed archive of and push the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you actually do not need any third-party software in order to update your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to examine the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact show up on your web site. Moreover, you will find an array of in-built file editors, which will give you total control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more experienced individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
