Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward mails from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mail box you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
